E and Sport Premium
The PE and Sport Premium is government funding provided to primary schools to improve the quality of physical education, physical activity and sport for all pupils.
At Richard Bonington Primary and Nursery School, we use this funding to enhance our PE curriculum, increase opportunities for participation in sport and physical activity, support staff development and promote healthy, active lifestyles.
As national arrangements for PE and Sport Premium funding continue on an interim basis, our current report focuses on reviewing the impact of previous spending and evaluating the progress made against existing priorities. This enables us to identify strengths, measure impact and ensure that future funding is used effectively to benefit all pupils.
