Ruth's Relaxations - self-help videos for children, parents and carers

Ruth Cumberland is an Emotional Wellbeing Teacher. We have been extremely fortunate to have Ruth work with us on a number of occasions.  Ruth is now providing online sessions about relaxation, feelings, coping strategies and much more to help children and adults during this unique time.

Activity 8: Drawing & journal

Use drawings to create stories for processing deeply buried feelings. When we do this regularly, we let go of feelings that make us anxious, angry or sad.

Create a 'totem' that sends love to our favourite people, so that our worries are turned into positive thoughts.

Choose a limiting belief to let go of and learn a simple 'tapping' sequence to retrain your mind.
