Monday

Have a go at two daily 10 activities. Select – Level 2 – multiplication – 2x, 5x, 10x’s. If you want to challenge yourselves, set the time to 10 or 15 seconds rather than 20.

Today’s lesson is all about the 2 times table. Watch the video and complete the worksheet. This does not need to be submitted back to us.

Starter activity – True or false? Try and problem solve to answer today’s true or false. Try lots of different numbers to check your theory.  You can find the document for the starter activity attached below.

 Practise your times tables. Try your 2x, 5x and 10x tables.

Today we are going to look at equal groups again, but this time we are going to look at sharing a total number between groups, so that each group is equal. This is the start of division. Watch the video and then complete the worksheet. After watching the video, you might want to practise sharing objects into equal groups.

Today we are going to look at odd and even numbers, to help us with mental arithmetic. Watch the video and join in with the activities. You will need a pen and paper ready before you start. You might want to print off the 100 square grid (attached below) for one of the activities but this is not essential.
