We currently have spaces available in our Nursery. We can offer a unique 30 hours provision utilising our Forest School environment. Children spend half the day in the classroom, have lunch in the classroom and the other half at Forest School. We can also offer half day sessions. Please contact the school office for an application form or download it from here.
Autumn 2021
We've had a busy term so far and the children have enjoyed a range of activities based on the theme 'Special Me'. It's been lovely to see all the family photos that were sent in and we've enjoyed finding out about the children's favourite things.
In baking/cooking we've made; tortilla pizzas, weetabix cake, pumpkin soup and chocolate chip and pumpkin muffins.
We also made fruit faces, inspired by the artwork of Giuseppe Arcimboldo.

I've filmed lots of stories on my YouTube channel 'RBPS MrsCampbell', just click to find the channel and enjoy!
PE is on Tuesdays in the school hall. Children just need a pair of plimsolls in a drawstring bag to be kept at school.

Phonics
We like to give the children in Nursery a headstart with letter sounds after completing phase 1 phonics which focuses on environmental and instrument sounds through games and songs. With this in mind please see the link below which will show you the 'Pure Sounds' we are teaching for each letter of the alphabet. Please ensure you are using these sounds when helping your child at home.
